-New items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items must still be in new, unopened condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
-Used items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be received in the same condition as delivered. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
-Each item sold is covered by our 30 day guarantee, unless otherwise stated in the item's description. This guarantee does not cover physical damage caused by the customer. Examples are below:
- Not covered: you drop your PS4 and it stops working.
- Not covered: you scratch your Xbox 360 GTA 5 disc and it stops working.
- Not covered: you open up your PS3 and it stops working.
- Covered: your PS2 slim stops reading discs 30 days after you received it.
- Covered: your Nintendo 3DS XL stops turning on 30 days after your received it.
If you would like to submit a warranty claim, please contact us a email@example.com. If your item is covered under warranty, you will be able to send the item back for a refund.
Item Condition Details
We do our best to accurately describe and picture each item being sold. Unless otherwise stated, all items on our site are in USED condition. The exact condition of each specific item will be stated/shown in the item's description and/or photos. While we do clean the outside of each item and blow out dust, most items are NOT taken apart to be thoroughly cleaned or refurbished. This means, unless otherwise noted, that consoles will typically not have new thermal paste and will still have some dust inside. Despite this, all items are cleaned on the exterior, thoroughly tested, and in 100% working condition, unless otherwise stated.
Quality Requirements on Trade-ins:
Unless otherwise noted in your trade-in description, every trade-in submitted must be fully working and in very good condition. Please inspect your items prior to selling. Items that do not work or are dirty, stained, cracked, chipped, or foul-smelling will have their value reduced or voided.
