Refund policy

Item Condition Details

We do our best to accurately describe and picture each item being sold. The exact condition of each specific item will be stated/shown in the item's description and/or photos. We have 3 primary categorizations of items sold:

New - Brand new, sealed, and never opened items.

Used - These items are second hand. Despite being used, these items have been thoroughly tested, the exterior has been cleaned, and dust has been blown out through the vents (please note that dust has not been blown out if the item doesn't have any vents). Please note that these items have NOT been opened, so there will likely be dust inside.

Refurbished - These items are second hand, but have been refurbished to a condition that is a step above used. Each item will have a unique description that provides details about what the refurbishment process was. This typically includes a thorough cleaning of the exterior and interior, thermal paste replacement, and possibly more. Despite being a step above used, refurbished items are still second hand and will have signs of wear and tear, and possibly still have a bit of dust in the hard-to-reach cracks and crevices.

Returns & Refunds

New items may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Items must still be in new, unopened condition. New items that have been opened will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Used and refurbished items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Items must be received in the same condition as delivered. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

    To start a return, please contact us at jacobr@jrobgaming.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear back in your credit card or bank account.

     

    Warranty

    Unless otherwise stated in the item's description, all new and used items are covered by our 30 day warranty. This warranty covers hardware faults ONLY (i.e. disc drive not reading games, console overheating, etc.). This warranty does NOT cover accidental damage (i.e. console drops, water damage, console abuse, etc.).

    Unless otherwise stated in the item's description, all refurbished items are covered by our 60 day warranty. This warranty covers hardware faults ONLY (i.e. disc drive not reading games, console overheating, etc.). This warranty does NOT cover accidental damage (i.e. console drops, water damage, console abuse, etc.).

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Any item labeled "AS-IS" is a final sale item and cannot be returned.

     

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order within 72 hours of delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
